Halloween and Pumpkin Day

A couple of weeks ago 4H celebrated Pumpkin Day and Halloween. On Pumpkin Day students brought in a pie pumpkin and worked through lessons with the pumpkin all day long. Those lessons included these subject areas: math, writing, reading, science, and social studies. It was a great way to spend the day learning!  Halloween fell on the following day, and we had a fabulous party planned by our parents.
